The dome and map lights do not work along with the underhood light. Connections are fine, if I switch on the map lights though it switches on the floor lights. It didn't do this before but I do have led bulbs in the doors and for the floor lights also. Fuses look fine, can't figure it out.

thats strange... got to be a short or bridge somewhere... Id suspect in the dome/map light assembly since the courtesey light circuit is part of it.
have you done anything up there?Pete ::::>>> resident LED addict and CFI defector LED bulb replacements

Underhood light I think should be seperate from the dome light. SOunds like the ground is bad maybe. Its one of the screws that attach it to the roof. Pop the lens out of the center of the dome light, there are 2 or 3 screws in there that mount it and provide power. I'd probably pull the dome light and make sure those connections are all clean, then put it back in to see what happens.86 Lincoln Town Car (Galactica).

Is there actually 3 screws that hold in the dome light? I saw the two screws that hold that connect to two plastic connectors each with one wire coming from them. I looked at it today and it looked like one screw was missing from the middle section and I didn't see a ground wire.Current rides - 1991 Ford Thunderbird 3.8 v6 (gas saver/DD) - New Heads/Headgaskets with ARP studs, Air Silencer Delete, 70mm MAF, Plasti-dipped Matte Black with a Silver Metalflake Overlay, Muffler Delete, some LED's, 30.233 MPG for high MPG average!

its a chassis ground, I think its 3 screws total. 2 power and one makes the ground. so yea, if ones missing that may be the problemPete ::::>>> resident LED addict and CFI defector LED bulb replacements
