I'd warm up the engine, turn it off, and spray the bolts with liquid wrench..
Wait a while, give them another good shot of liquid wrench, and maybe let it set for a few hours.
Usually after a couple of applications the bolts will 'break free' without twisting off....
We've broken off a few exhaust manifold bolts, and it's a PITA drilling them out, especially if you are running aluminum heads. :nonono:"Ad eundum quo nemo ante iit"

Yeah I've not really had issues getting SBF manifold/header bolts out even after being really old. None of them needed a big cheaer bar or really a whole lot of effort to break loose. They're an exception though.86 Lincoln Town Car (Galactica).
