is the grommet sealing tightly? if not, the pcv system wont work well. the new grommets tend to be a bit small. some black rtv under the top edge of it to seal it in there helps, as does a bit of heat shrink tube around the pcv valve to make it fit more snugly.
if all that is good, it may just be blowby in the motor. you'd need to do a leakdown test to confirm, but if thats what it is, the fix is a rebuild.

made and put a oil/seperater in and it seems be working.i will have to check pass side valve cover to see if it has a baffale under filler tube? i might put a vent hole on rear cover to plum to pcv? did a search online and took some ideas to help with th oil getting into throttle body.
