Up for sale again is my 1991 Mercury Grand Marquis with 77,600 miles. Nice original condition, small area of rust behind the rear wheel on the drivers side. Car runs good, and shifts good. Car is an original Illinois car. Doesn't leak any fluids. Paint is good, no fading. Trunk area is clean. Inside the car is clean, no rips or tears, couple small spots on the drivers seat, don't know what they are from. Automatic Climate Control, both driver and passenger seat are power, although they aren't working, fuse maybe? AM/FM cassette, which works great. Power windows, Power locks, all of which work, although some doors you have to manually lock, but they do lock. Overall car is in great shape. Heat is the only major concern, heat is not working, but the air conditioning does work, has been converted to R134A. Air bag light comes on sometimes and goes off sometimes. Also the rotors will need to be turned at some point. Car runs and drives great.
I would like this car to go to someone on here who would appreciate it, that's why I'm posting it hear. I'm not hear to try and get a value on it, it just needs to go. I bought it to fix up, but plans have changed. I just need to get it sold soon. I'm asking $2,000 which I believe is MORE than fair for a good running car. Yes it needs the heat fixed and couple other things, but you'd have a great car for the money. I may take reasonable offers, but I'm pretty firm on the asking price.
Car is located in Geneseo, IL right on I-80, mile marker 19 in Henry Country, Illinois. Very close to the Mississippi river and the Quad Cities.
