what ever you do, try to avoid using a bumper jack or using a jack on the bumper of your wagon! on both of mine it tends to screw up the alighnment of the bumper. this might also go for regular sedans too.

these bumpers are for pulling GM products and fo running ricers of the road, not for support.

bumper jacks are good for flying out from underneath them barely missing your head on the way out and landing 30 ft away from your car. to bumper jacks

i changed my starter on my 86 vic using two bumper jacks in front :coocoo: :coocoo:

that was the most nerve wracking time i've had working on a car, next to shifty jumping off a pair of ramps

i tossed the bumper jack in the towncar.......i have a 2.5 ton aluminum jack in the trunk now......much safer, esp on brittle aluminium bumpers

Rear Bumper Jacks

Too late fr the sound advice of my friends on Grand Marq the Bloody Bumper Jack cost me muh glasses an a half pint o fluid ,never try to snatch a oil pan with one of those jokers did manage to get half a sway bar fr the car came down though #$#!!!!!!!!&^%$$$## bumper jacks :gats:
