Super slow(or inop sometimes)back window

As I am selling my GM CP wg and I want to give the new owner as much info as I can re: the back window. As of last night it will move only a little with the dash switch w/o someone pulling or pushing it up or down.
Ideas ?
If its something easy I will try to remedy.

the regulator needs to be rebuilt with new gears and little rubber earaser looking things

'88 Colony Park, white with wood grain contact paper, K code axle, hose pliers on heater hoses, factory duals, big plans in the future...

'83 Toyota 4x4, 31x10.50 15, could use a new carb, custom humidifying holes in the roof, mud based paint...
