jason, where do you get your info? and 1300 for an 83 is too much since it needs body work, through my couple year reaserch and serch for the 80 MARK VI, the 1980 model year seems to be the way to go cuz of body options and if you find a 1980, you get a 351, this is why i bought mine, i paid 500bux for it and it has a couple lil rust spots and needs paint and interior, and it had a strong drive train and i put in a new interior, after everything is done to bring it up to driving condition, it will have cost me 1800bux, but i have a bigger budget for bigger things

1981 Mercury Marquis Brougham 2-Door 302/ 5-speed -special blend (GMGT)
1987 Lincoln Mark VII 5-speed (Errand runner)

Well, My Mark VI is rust-free body. I paid $2,500.00 Canadian dollars for it. Signature Series of Mark VI in 1980-81 are much rarer than regular Mark VI's. The reason is alots people just simply couldn't afford to get top of the line Signature Series of Marks, its was so expenisve model. My Mark VI original price is $25,500.00 in 1980!!

You got the wrong spelling "gucci" The correct spelling is Emilio Pucci.
