here in kanadia, we dident get CFI cars, just carbed cars. wouldent make sense to have EFI badges

carb cars got Automatic Overdrive on the fenders. CFI cars got Electronic Fuel Injection on the fender, and Automatic Overdrive on the trunk. 86+ SEFI cars got neither of those badges, and TownCar scripts on the fenders.86 Lincoln Town Car (Galactica).

I've seen the Automatic Overdrive and Electronic Fuel Injection badges on Fords too. AOD from 80-82 usually, and EFI on 83 models. Don't recall them on any 84+.86 Lincoln Town Car (Galactica).

No EFI or AOD Fender Badges on mine whatsoever. Was originally an CFI 351 car w/ the Lincoln AOD. Doesn't have the side door ding guard strips either.
The previous owner de-badged the trunk lid at some point, but you can still see the outlines of the old badges on the original paint, and there doesn't appear to have ever been an AOD badge on there, or even a Lincoln badge on the LH side. Only the Mark VI badge on the RH side, the Continental lettering, and the extremely gay reflectors.
I'll be replacing the Mark VI badge, and continental lettering, but to add any badges beyond that would gaud things up, imo.Comment
