I need lots of stuff I'll have to get to Corey's one day and check that out. I have hubcaps in the trunk I've been meaning to go to that wrecker in Lobo, that guy keeps everything. Maybe he has some 2 doors.

There are quite a few wreckers around London too, within 100Kms. I bet they keep more older cars than here. I want a 140 mph speedo in Kms, if thats possible.

I have some wire hub caps off a 80's C V or G M i might sell if you are interested. i think a ex-cop car would have a 140 mph speedo in it, if you could find one,,

I thought it was a blue one :drug: I think I'm gonna wait and try to find a blue one. Thanks anyways.

Does the one that came in have turbines on it? There's an 87 for sale on Colonel Talbot, just past the 402, for $400. Its been there for months. I want it but I can only keep so many cars in my parking lot.

No its a 4 door. I'm not looking for turbines, I just don't want to see that car get crushed. It appears to be in good shape. I need a house so I can stock up on CV's and GM's lol.

Not yet, I'm collecting parts. I've got headers and mufflers so far. I thought I was gonna buy a catted H pipe from a guy on The Corral but he dissappeared. I talked to a guy yesterday in London that has an off road one, I just gotta go look at it, He wants $150 for it, they're $260 at Performance Unlimited. I'm slow at getting things done because I'm cheap

The h-pipe on a stock panther with factory duals bolts on after the cataytics vs. the h between the cataytics on the mustang h-pipe.

To use mustang shorty headers, you need to use a mustang catted h-pipe or a mustang off-road, depending on emissions requirements. The flanges and bolt patterns are different plus a stock HO mustang exhaust is 2.25 inch vs. the stock 2 inch piping for panthers. There's a pic around the 5.0 tech forum showing the differences between the h-pipes. If you need to have cataytics in your county, I would by a off-road pipe and cut out sections for two high flow cataytics. The stock HO mustang exhaust uses the same 4 cataytic setup (two stage system).

Best setup: Shorty headers, mustang h-pipe, high flow cats (if emissions required), S10 midpipes (napa part # 43281), mufflers of your choice, and 94-96 Impala SS tailpipes in 2.25 or 2.5 inch. For a stock lopo, 2.25 is the best investment, go with 2.5 inch piping if your plan on a HO upgrade. If you can get away with it, don't use cataytics since they will be expensive unless you buy used ones. Stock panther mufflers are very quiet and dynomax superturbos and flowmaster 40's are great for waking up the neighbors.

Also, check the 5.0 tech area for more information since an exhaust is the best upgrade on the lopo 5.0.

that sounds like a good set up, only cars that are 20 yrs and newer need an e-test hear, so my car is exempt since its 22 yrs old

You just gotta watch out for those surprise inspections. I've only seen them on Exeter Rd in front of the MTO. A friend of mine had a GM pick up and got pulled in. He had a different motor, a carbed motor, he got a $550 ticket for no EGR and there wasn't even a place for one. From what I've been told its $1000 per cat missing. I guess that could mean $4000 for these cars? This place www.exhaustdirect.com is in London and sells Magnaflow cats for $60.
