I didn't really know which forum to post this in, and I did do a little looking around, but was having a hard time...I'm wanting to replace the weather stripping for my front doors on my 1991 Marquis, but the sites I've found were upwards of $40, and for years 92 and up? I'm usually pretty good about finding what I want online, but maybe I'm not awake enough right now to be browisng the internet...so any advice would be helpful. Thanks!

If you're talking the door to doorframe seal, I'm pretty sure it is not being reproduced yet.

160KMs 600cfm holley, shorty headers, 2.5" catted exhaust, 255/295 tires, cop shocks, cop swaybars, underdrive pulley, 2.73L gears.
waiting for install: 3.27's, Poly bushings, boxed rear arms, 2500 stall converter, ported e7's, etc

I've found the same results you have, the weather stripping around the door frame on my 91 has good sized chunks missing. I would agree with johnunit.
Take a look at this thread: http://www.grandmarq.net/vb/showthre...l=1#post691979 might be the closest you can find.
Otherwise, when it gets warmer, I may grab weatherstripping from a JY 92+ and see how badly it fits my 91. It should be cheap enough from the JY that I would be ok with risking the cost if it doesn't fit at all.Vic

The 92+'s weatherstripping will have that one strip of it color matched to the interior.1990 MGM: $50 E7 heads, HO cam, Holley SysteMAX lower intake, HO upper intake with an Explorer TB. LSC ECM. Lincoln logs into stock dual exhaust. K&N drop in air filter. Wide ratio AOD, 2400 converter with a 3.08 one tire fire out back. Car is less slow now. Then there's the '92 Beater. Dual 2.25" exhaust with shiny tips. Rumbles nice. Super slow. Burns oil too.
