would 1990 Town Car interior fit to 1989 Colony Park (of course without the parts specific for STW). Thank you for answers.

nope - the Lincolns got big body changes in 1990. Even the older towncars had a lot of different interior panels from the vic/gmq's - I think even then only the seats swap, maybe the dash if you were so inclined.
