The drivers seat in the Lincoln has been slowly getting bad over the last few years, first some cracks in the leather, then a few tears. I come out yesterday and discover this:
The leather has dried up and become hard. It shrank so bad it ripped out of the seam and shriveled up. I know it wasn't like that when I got out the time before I found this. What the hell happened?
I've spilled liquid on my seats before, and nothing like this happened, so I can't totally believe that it was water or something and then the leather shrank. The material under the leather is slightly stained, but don't know if it's always been like this. I even smelled it to see if something got spilled on it. Just smells like old leather and 25 years of ass ground into it.
Anyone have a clue?
