The interior of my '87 is decent (red) except for a lot of sun fading. The rear package tray, tops of the door panels, and tops of the seats are all faded. I've used some vinyl and fabric dye in the past with good luck and want to try it again. Has anyone found some that matches the red in these cars? I can't find much of a selection locally.

Probably gotta order online to find something worth it. Check on some Fox Body Mustang sites. They may have some available to you as they also had porno red interiors.

Maybe they have something to your liking.~David~

my car starts and it has AC. Yours doesn't start and it has no AC. Seems obvious to me.

you can have a custom vinyl dye mixed...but you'll need a spray gun to apply it. that is how i plan to go.
If you want a cheaper easier, but not as durable coating you can try SEM color coat. When used correctly it works well.-Phil
