    Yes, I've seen this done. You have to extend some wires, but it does work.

      Any idea how hard it would be? or what wires would need to be lengthened ? I might want to do that rather than cut up the dash some.

        Unfortunately the pics don't work. Sounds like you don't even need to lengthen anything.

          In my 09, I still had to do some trimming. Unfortunately, the roto-zip got away from me and trashed my dash trim a bit :nonono:

          It sure sounds great, though!

            That write up doesnt exactly fit what I was looking for. I was looking to put the hvac in the slot where the radio used to be. I would use one of those things with the little pocket above or below so that the rest of the hole would be filled in. I just don't want to break anything lol. I also do not want to remove the whole dash to run wires.

              Well I just had to trim the dash a bit, but it came out nice. I just have a little cosmetics to finish up and it will look great. It now opens and closes nicely. I also bypassed the parking brake light switch.
