    extra switches

    I know some of you folks have switches installed for various accessories etc and was wondering if you had pictures of them? I just want to see different styles of switches (aircraft rocker etc) installed in these cars

    Here's a pic of the button for my subs (just an on button - triggers a self-sustaining relay I built and turns off when either the deck is turned to standby or off or when you turn the car off).

      these are old outdated pics... there is one on the center console TDC.

          Those are 'pilot' brand I got from autozone, but you can find lots on eBay too, just search for "LED rocker switch".
          Mine have been working great, just don't push the amp ratings and they should work fine.
          Personally, I think toggle switches are ricey

              I hope you don't need to adjust the mirrors often.


              I ended up putting the switch in a cheap walmart center console that I've been using, and the light strips on either side of it, so it's all contained. Just a + and - coming out. I think since I don't really want to mount any gauges in a center console I'm just going to get something a bit bigger/nicer than this one and modify it with some lights and cover it in vinyl to match my interior.

              I'm bored.
