    rear floor pan plugs

    Can you buy these anywhere? After drying the floor completely and driving in the rain, water is concentrated in just one spot and spreads outward from there. It felt solid under there but it must be leaking based on this...no water running down to the location at all


    So yeah, what's the solution? New plug or get a piece of metal fixed/welded over the spot?

    Want to pull up just that section of carpet to dry it off underneath to make sure it's all out of there...can I patch it up inside somehow as well?

    It's been raining like a bastard....the spot on the floor doesn't really soak through unless the car is moving and I guess gets water splashed up there.


    Is there any reason that pulling up the carpet, drying everything, and sticking a stop sign on there with JB weld won't work? Talking about on the inside for now, when it's not raining like crazy I will be able to get under the car and put a yield sign on it or something

    If you are positive that is the source for your soggy carpet, I don't see why it wouldn't work.

      I am now 98% sure it's the plug.. If it isn't, I'm throwing parts at it until it's dry.
