Window Motor works but wont roll up or down

Yup, Ivan fxed a window motor for me works now As we pluuged it into the back t test it. Anywas when we put it in t he front We get nada. The switch shows it has fire so im at a loss. I went and took the cover off the inside of the car where the wires cme in to see if i could see anything. I did se a bunch f loose female connections but no males to put in them.
    Ideas?

Loosen the bolts holding in the motor a bit, hit the switch, if it works, tighten the bolts. [if the window still won't move, its likely jammed somewhere.]

The motor does not need grounding, it is two wire, polarity switched for direction.

Are the bushings intact? I've had a couple window motors that would spin fine without being installed, and when on the regulator, it does nada but draw amps. Took it apart and found that the plastic roller bushings were in like a million pieces in there.

The motor it self works well. like i said Ivan fixed it. got a sort of enginered bushing set in it... that wont break apart unless they hit deer bones... ( Tee hee ) But my wiring is fucked somewhere and i dunno where.

Bad switch would be my guess.
