The rear seat belts (the retractable ones) on my 87 vic are completely underneath the seat in between the seat cushions. When I have friends in the back, the first thing they ask is where are the seat belts? I tell them and they just brush it off because we are not going very far. Well Im taking about 4 of us up to the lake for Halloween and that is an hour car ride. I dont know if there was something there to hold the belts up or not, its been that way since I can remember. What should I do about it, and where can I buy the parts to do it?

As well as the black hooks, there is a plastic boot that cracked on one of mine. I had to get a new seatbelt out of a parts car to keep it from retracting all the way in there.

Hahaha this is funny. I dont have any of these problems because the two door is just not friendly on letting passengers in the back, so nobody really had a chance to ruin the holsters for the seat belts. Four doors are much more inviting to passengers.~David~

my car starts and it has AC. Yours doesn't start and it has no AC. Seems obvious to me.

I'd like to find a way to fix the plastic boots. I have one belt with a broken boot thing, and I have different-colored belts with good boots, but it looks like the plastic bits would break if I tried to swap them (won't fit over the male buckle end).2012 Mazda5 Touring | Finally working on the LTD again!
