Pull the horn button out, loosen the nut in the middle, whack the shaft where the nut is with a hammer. The wheel will probably pop loose. If it does, remove the nut and the wheel. If it won't, you need a steering wheel puller.86 Lincoln Town Car (Galactica).

Not sure how much they go for, my dad already had one. But it's a good investment cause you can use it for more than just a steering wheel puller. In fact, it's what you use to remove the harmonic balancer on the front of the engine. So if you ever had to change the timing chain and whatnot, you can do it yourself.Comment
