mercurys have different wood from fords. i have no idea what type of wood it would be. Morning wood?? honestly it would be balsa with the wood grained vanier.

but what kind of burl? there are many different kinds. any type of wood can be burl. a burl is just a twist or swirl in the grain of the wood. I have seen several maple, oak, and cherry burls.What happened here?Comment

The wood they are trying to duplicate on the dash of a grand marquis is burrled walnut. It is a bit lighter than mine but it is close in some areas. I dint have a choice of looking over severl sections to match it up. Verry expensive but i got some that ws left over from a custom table that a fiend built for one of his customers.Scars are tatoos of the fearlessComment
