    stuck rear seat belts

    both of my rear seat belts in my 96 crown vic won't come out. is there anything i can do to get them to work without buying new ones.

    Sounds like the retractor might be stuck (belt itself or stuck in lock position). The weight, or whatever is inside might be in the position they go when, for example, you slam on the brakes. You might be able try and coax them out by jiggling the belt a bit. If that doesn't work they you might have to access the retractor assembly and give it some light bangs and see if that lets them release. My driver belt was stuck in the open position so the belt was all out. With mine, I had to open the assembly and swap in a new cable for the door jam switch.

      Thats the latch part, you need to pull on the part that goes into the latch :p
