Mines an older one, I want a new one so bad.
And I forgot to post up pictures of it again.

I've got an old ass tekonsha, new in box. Never installed....

The trailer brakes I like the most are the hydraulic ones on the trailer tongue....Rental trailers have em, and so does my sisters horse trailer.

surge brakes. They work fairly well, hell of a lot less complicated than electrics. Electric brakes are the absolute worst idea on boat trailers. Electric parts + underwater, duh of course its fucked up. Surge brakes are far more reliable, but they still have problems. De-rusting drum brake parts is a lot less annoying than re-wiring trailers and replacing electromagnets because the water got into them and ruined the parts tho.

The one in mine went goofy and stayed on for some reason, running down the battery. Unhooked it, will probably never tow with GL.
