Dear Panthers,
I think that one day - when I get the more urgent things fixed/upgraded I'll go to a leather worker and explain that I need a thin, sunlight defiant flitch to cover the original. I think it'll last longer and look better.

Could also use, I think it's called Microsuade. Used in supercars, non reflective, more of a fabric.
Personally, can't wait to do leather.2009 Ford Escape Manual (Hers)

Actually, microsuede is probably a good idea if you like the look. It's getting to be not uncommon for clothing and furniture upholstery. Trying to remember whether I saw any last time I was at Jo-Ann Fabrics .....2012 Mazda5 Touring | Finally working on the LTD again!
