    Town Car Seats

I know up to 1994 rear seats will fit just fine in our boxes, but the front seats have a slightly different bolt pattern than the box's seats.

I made a post on CVN a while back about this and someone posted those pictures for me.

Assuming you're insterting the bolt from the track to the seat, just use a flat wrench (box end works good) on the nut, and tighten the bolt with a ratchet and a socket. Works every time, even when the nut is one side of the floorboards, and the bolt on the other, and you ain't got no helper

Cool, that makes it look easy. Maybe a nut and carriage bolt would work?

Would the armrests bolt to a standard Mercury leather seat?

That is a good question. I am also toying with the idea of late model Crown Vic/Grand Marquis seats too. The rear seats look mighty similar...I am sure I could mod a box bracket onto it just as easy as the Town Car one seems. What models of Crown Vic/Grand Marquis had split bench?
