Who can ID these items on top of dash?

Those are yellow squiggly lines with the numbers 1,2and 3 beside them.Never seen them on a dash before.
Actually pictures are to dark to tell what you have circled.
On the left side top of dash is the theft deterrant light(little red light that blinks)on the right is the night/day sensor for when the headlights are in auto mode.
Someone correct me if I am wrong please.

Aside from just blinking, does this light do anything else (or have any other function, or it it just a blinking LED)?
Also, the small vent: what function does that have?

A custumer at work with a 2002 GMQ has been asking about the red LEDs on th left sid eof the dash... his has two there, and the one on the right has "quit blinking" and this guy is dying to know why. Id like to tell him and maybe collect a tip SPete ::::>>> resident LED addict and CFI defector LED bulb replacements

On my vic the led is active when you hit door locks the other I belive is auto on for head litesPresident He Man Woman Haters Club
