Yea but I hear that's a PITA. I know the face of the speedo seperates from the rest, but if I did that...would it be acurate? Since it's a 140 face on a 85 unit..'89 Ford LTD Crown Vic - '92 Ford F-150 Custom -

Only took me like 20 minutes to pull the odo apart and set it...
Pull the pin far enough out to let the numbers spin freely, set the milage, put some tape on the numbers to hold them in place, and put the pin back in, and remove the tape.Builder/Owner of Badass Panther Wagons

I had my odometer stop working cause the motor broke its little plastic tab mounts and ripped some teeth off the main gear that spins the odometer. Pulled it apart, pulled out the pin and set the numbers to my mileage, put the pin back in, and reassembled. wish I had thought of the tape then. It was a bit of a pain, but not overly bad.sigpicVic Videos Here http://www.grandmarq.net/vb/showthre...676#post243676
