    got blue?

    I do.

Think I'm gonna replace the other guages soonish. They don't match anyway. I would like to pick up a 3 pod pillar mount dealie and maybe use those guages that are already set up to do multiple colors.

So do I. Nice job though, the blue leds really fit these cars well. I kept my AC controls and the tripminder with stock lighting since it matched my radio's faceplate. Here's some pics that I am using on my cardomain page. Note: My digital camara is very old so it does not take pictures well without a flash.

Remove the 4 screws holding it in place. Pull the climate control panel out a few inches and the single stock bulb holder just pulls out. Piece of cake. Bulb is right in the middle and its a pop-in type deal.

most of use have used these - they replace the bulbs that normally light the cluster.
would you like some? a have a few extra.

Pete, no bulb cover that I noticed. I stuck my finger in there and didn't feel anything, but I didn't really look super close. I wasn't really feeling up to the task of taking all those cables and BS off to see what was inside. It lights up fine tho.

I'm actually pretty pleased with how this came out. My biggest concern was whether or not it would be bright enough. I actually now run the dimmer roughly 1/2 brightness instead of full bright like before, so that is definitely not an issue.

So the dimmer works fine... I was about to ask about that yesterday, then I forgot. So how many LEDs do I need total for my Townie's dash?
