I went into work at 4am in Lodi New Jersey to prep some stuff for a job tomorrow. It was colder when I left at 6:30 (the time that temperature pic was taken) then when I arrived! Driving home it hit -2 on the whitestone bridge.

I wash in the driveway using a two bucket system with the grit strainers in the bottom. I don't usually wax, I have that done a few times a year. Wash & wax $50.
I do clean the engine compartments at the local spray it yourself place every spring before doing spring vehicle service.03 Marauder DPB, HS, 6disk, Organizer Mods> LED's in & Out, M&Z rear control arms, Oil deflector, U-Haul Trans Pan, Blue Fuzzy Dice

Looking good, I do recommend that you get some 20" wire wheels for it so the rest of the homeboys in NY know that you aint a whiiii'boi to be fucked with.

Of course there is no steam. Its infernal combustion. Nobody has made a steam car in many years, much to the detriment of society as a whole.86 Lincoln Town Car (Galactica).

I do clean the engine compartments at the local spray it yourself place every spring before doing spring vehicle service.
I use one bucket with a grit guard with Meguiars Ultimate wash and wax. Spray wax almost all the time on top of it. Once the paint is getting rough I will clay the car and I normally put a sealer on it then. I will clay compound, polish, and paste wax her soon though. She needs it.
I have yet to touch the engine compartment on this vehicle. It needs some loving there as well.

Did a little clean up today on the Benz.
Inside was vacuumed out, windows cleaned, leather conditioned and all plastics were douched with some quick interior detailer. OH I also swapped in the stock carpeted floor mats.
The outside of the car took the majority of my time. I first washed the wheels and tires then moved onto the body of the vehicle. I used Meguiars ultimate wash and wax and after the wash down I used a clarbar mitt to prepare the car for wax. Wax was Meguiars ultimate paste wax.
The tires were treated with Meguiars endurance tire shine.
My poor headlights need some loving. This will be done soon.
That fog lamp cap continues to fall off its mount inside the lamp assembly!
