Actually the driver of the camaro is the guy who's driving my vic's girlfriend. The camaro is actually owned by the guy driving my vic. I used to trade the camaro for the vic on saturdays and sundays. He would bracket race the vic.

Yep, i'm diggin up an old thread, so old it was made before I was a member here. Anywho, that sounds so awesome! What exhaust are you using? If it's hooked up to an Explorer motor, which a lot of you guys have, would it work with a LOPO, or a 4.6?

BBK headers, cats, x pipe, edelbrock RPM mufflers, impala tails. It'll work on a lopo...My car is a 5.0..

I think the choice of mufflers and the X-pipe are what cause that high-pitched sound.

It's not that high pitched, part of it is the camera, the other is the amount of MPEG compression to get the vid small enough for the web. The youtube vid of the autocross might be a bit better. Also at the time the car was running really lean...
