Should be a maple? leaf sticker on the door, saying it came from Canada.

Ah. Right.
Look inside the door for where it was built. I knew that. I did!
It spells C...A...N... :smirk:
As far as Fisher body, I had initially thought it was Oldsmobile, because we had a '65 Vista Cruiser that had the Fisher logo on the inside of the door. But I wasn't certain what else Fisher built, at the time when I had the conversation with the mechanic the other day. So I took his word when he said Fisher also built the Ford/Lincoln/Mercury luxury cars in the mid-80s.
Soo, when in doubt, just Google it!

The ding from the parking lot.
You have to enlarge the pic to see it better. (Car needs a wash.)
It's not a huge deal, but... *lower lip trembles*
There's a CHIP in the paint!!!
It's the principle of the situation, you know? Somebody didn't respect the car. They just smacked into it, and went on their way without any guilt whatsoever.
...
I will search, and I will find those who did this... and then... it's payback time.

Sorry to hear that someone did that to your car. I hate it when people do that to my property. My mom is fiercely defensive of her CV, however, if she isn't there when somebody dings it then there's nothing else for her to do but be really mad. 88Vic, did you ever try bringing your parents to the track? That's what I did with mine a few years back; I figured my dad would like it, but I was shocked to find out that my mom is into it more than my dad.

Heh, I'm not what you call normal, anyway!
When I was still in kindergarten, I fell in love with the new-at-the-time '65 T-bird. Was nuts especially about the design of the tail lights, and the thunderbird logo. Stated I would own one when I grew up. I saw one for sale the other day, same year, same light blue color, too. But, I'm too po' to buy it, now. ;p So, I just admire them at the Cherry's Jubilee.
Heh, which reminds me, I happened to be running errands in Rocinante, and drove along the upcoming car parade route just before they closed it to thru traffic. People were in lawn chairs waiting for the car parade to start. They waved at me and applauded my car. Wow. But... I'm not part of the parade... LOL! But I waved back anyway.Rocinante, 1985 Grand Marquis LS with all the trimmings.

That actually looks like a rock chip. You prolly got it before the store while driving. Its too low to have been hit by someone elses car.

You know there is a mod for Grand marquis's tail lights so they blink sequentialy like that. When you put on your turn signals the bulbs blink in order one at a time. Pretty cool really.Rocinante, 1985 Grand Marquis LS with all the trimmings.
