Brakes be purty simple... It's either a leak or air still in the line somewhere or potentially vacuum assist going in and out. What have you replaced so far? You look at the back brakes to see if the wheel cylinders are schmoozing? You used silicone for what, the slide pins?
Also, if you did the calipers did you put them on the right sides? The bleeder screw should be at the top, above wherever the line goes in so air can make it's way out.
