    The Sport Box

Well, now that it has been proven the 03+ frame swap works surprisingly well, I decided to finally pull the trigger on a decent donor. I've been wanting to this for a long time, and huge props to Serge for being the first to attempt it and proving it works. I knew of a wrecked, half parted out 04 sport for a while but it was a solid seven hours away in NJ. As luck would have it though, through an odd car shuffle it ended up two and a half hours from me, so I hooked up my buddies tow dolly, fired up the Dakota and headed down to Cleveland. After hauling it home I started stripping it down. The body is shot, but the frame is straight, the engine and trans only have 73k on them, rear end was just rebuilt with 3.73's and a fresh trac-lok + Ford racing girdle, the car has steeda under drives and kooks headers on it, all in all, a lot of good parts.

Now, which one of my boxes will get modernized, well, we'll just have to see...

Anyways, after meeting up before swapping cars:

And after meeting up at my favorite place to eat, the lovely Waffle House:

    Home sweet home:

And how we currently sit after a day of teardown:

I'm going to leave you guys hanging, because quite frankly I am too. I have a rough idea of where all of this will end up, but that's a long ways away.....

I had a hunch you would jump on the Mod Box bandwagon eventually...

I vote white wagon. Mod Motor Wagon "MMW" would be quite the sweet deal. With a TR3650 behind that mod motor goodness.

Save those slicks for the track. Looks like the car did alot of good burnouts OR had a horrid alignment...

                          Edit:

Turbo - Wagon - Mod motor

Cool. I liked the last mod box build. This one will be awesome to follow as well.

If I had to guess it will go on the blue woody wagon.
