I found some underside photos. There is the dreaded water in the passenger floor well, so that might just be a clogged wiper cowl. How much do you know about the HO conversion? I am trying to decide between buying a HO motor or just swapping the intake, tb etc.

As far as I know (which very well could be wrong) the block, crank and i believe the pistons are the same. So there really wouldn't be any reason to swap the entire engine. If it were me, id just do the Intake, heads and cam, just that alone should give a very nice improvement in power.

Where in particular did you find this? I want to say that I saw this car for sale in the Car Corral at Auburn car auction a couple of weeks ago, but not sure if this was the one or not. I think the guy was asking some ludicrous amount. $6,800 maybe?Nick

Oh man, if i could get a stock cd player, and have a usb port added, that would be awesome. I have a gentex mirror im going to be addding, i just need to figure out how to mount the autodim headlight sensor.

Paul Protos rebuilds the older JBL headunits and does a pretty good job for reasonable money. They do get marginal with age. Not sure when the CD player was first available. I know you could get the add-on unit in 1987 with the Town Cars.Last edited by LithiumCobalt; 09-18-2014, 03:03 PM.Nick
