ah fuck, guess i will be using the stock control arms for now and just get new bushings for them, how do you remove the upper control arms ?

the two bolts on the frame and the upper ball joint from the knuckle... or you can try changing the bushings ON the car using a control arm bushing press (it's smaller than the ball joint press but the same idea).

I've got a set of upper and lower control arms that are on my old frame. Both are loaded with brand new ball joints and ES bushings. You could bolt them on and go. They're 97 arms so all you'd need is spindles for a BB swap. Which I have one of.
Also, no arms were tubular.__________________________________________________

How much you asking for the pair of upper control arms ? I was told only 92-95 will work with the big brake spindles for a 98-02.
Also curious on price for the lower control arms might as well do all of them. Since my lowers are probably shot too

97 arms work if you put the 80s shaft through them. That turns it into an early 90s arm. If he had it bolted on a box, it'll bolt to another box.86 Lincoln Town Car (Galactica).

you can make the 96-02 upper arms work by installing the shafts from the stamped upper arms..........i have done it a few times in the past...................92-94 arms def easier to use tho.

More Updates: Replaced my headlights with hella h4 conversion lights, also relayed my headlights, after doing so there is now this annoying 5 second delay and an autolamp issue.
Issue 1: When autolamp is active the headlight doors refuse to shut after the headlights go off(sometimes they will shut like there suppose too), though if i shut off autolamp and use the headlight switch to manually turn them on and off the doors will shut all the time.
Issue 2: Ever since i relayed the headlights there has been this stupid delay going on when the headlight switch is off, the headlights will stay on for 5 seconds then shut off, then 3 secs later the headlight doors will shut, before relaying the system, the light would shut off immediatley wen the headlight switch was off and the doors would go down immediately too.
more news, heater core has a leak in it somewhere its small though, bypassing the heater core since this car does not see winters, the blower motor is weak in the car so i probably need either a new blower motor resistor or blower motor.

Pull the blower out and see if it has a bunch of shit packed into the fins. Had that problem on the Mark VII.
Autolamp might rely on some sort of load sensing thing to operate a solenoid to open and close the lights. The relays would remove the load and it may be confused now.86 Lincoln Town Car (Galactica).
