Actually, the part of Clarksburg I lived in was just over the line in Frederick county. The street my house was on was the county dividing line.

My wife used to teach at Baker Middle School in Damascus, so I know where you're at!!

I lived on the corner of Regina and Lewisdale.. my driveway was on Lewisdale. I could spit from the end of my front yard and hit Montgomery county! Hyattstown was 1/2 mile from me. Used to go to Rocco's Barbershop in Hyattstown...I was there this past June, and saw that Rocco's is no longer there.

One of the reasons we moved is because of all the traffic, and the housing creep...and the cost of living is MUCH cheaper in S.C. Houses cost half of what they do in the DC metro area...When I moved there in '92, Urbana and Clarksburg were nothing. When I left in 2010, it was disgusting with houses and traffic.

Very nice. Don't see them that clean up here very often.
