    *Update*

So she's been gettin me around with no major issue for the past few months. Its a lotta fun to drive and I enjoy messing with people a couple weeks ago I pulled off to the side of the road for a bit and this Focus was comming at me and he piled on the brakes so hard I could see the nose of the car squat down lmao. Also I have taken on a newer Subaru wagon, a Scion car, and a early 2000's GMC SUV and beat all of them. The GMC actually attempted to pass me on a double solid, so I said hell no and punched it...my P71 walked right by him and he dropped back in behind me and stayed a decent ways back (probably in shame :smirk. Passed inspection no problem, the garage owner knows my dad and the shop was wicked busy so he asked what we already checked and we told him the brakes, frame and front end were great. All they did was hook it up to the ODB computer and then slapped a sticker on it. Never even looked under it. So I'm all set till next summer lol.

I am in the process of making it look more like a P71. I have installed the honeycomb grille, new headlights and have a spotlight thats waiting to go in. Also I have a Galls TN series dash light in the front and soon will be puttin a traffic advisor on the rear deck and hopefully some strobes. I am ordering an antenna for the rear today, and currently starting the search for steel wheels. As far as performance, I installed an AFE Power cotton air filter, I think it makes it a little more peppy (they claim about 10hp gain). Eventually I will post a walkaround vid to showcase the light setup, once I get some more on it, but here is a couple pics.

Cleaned up the engine a little

Very nice. It is always a relief when you can focus on visual aspects and not worry about fixing mechanical problems.

No not yet. Its got Yokohama Avid TRZ's on all 4 corners. I am kinda hoping I will find some steel wheels and get them put on with the snows, but snow is already showing itself so soon I will just go ahead and get some new winters on the rear at least.

              *Update*

Been a long time since I updated this haha. Well, I have steel wheels on with centers. Got them from a salvage yard, and the centers/lugs from ebay. Its been a great daily driver, took the winter like a champ. The slack in the steering wheel we tracked down to be the u-joint along the shaft that goes into the steering box! So that will be fixed this week most likely. I checked out my axle code to see if the rear was a limited-slip as, believe it or not, I have not done a burnout with it yet...donuts in the snow yes . The code on the door sticker is X5 which from my research looks to be a 3.27 Limited Slip!! I am excited now, anybody here able to confirm this? I also have some lights on the rear deck now, two SVP Mini Phantom Max's in amber, they are bright and I am happy with them. My dad was having trouble the other day with his truck and I came and got him, pulled the car off on the side of the road and turned on the rear lights (amber is a warning light, its legal and I was pulled over on a highway) and everyone slowed way down and just crept by lol, I guess they work! As of now I am planning on selling this one in the next couple months (heads up if your interested) for either a newer CVPI or a 4x4 Ram because I would love 4 wheel drive and a truck for that matter.

Anyways here are recent pictures taken yesterday...
