    We have been trying to figure out the rhyme or reason that Ford paints some of the fillers Silver / grey, and some body color. We thought at first that it was to denote the 351 / 302 engines... 351 would be silver, and the 302 would be body color... but we have seen bumper covers painted both ways, with both engines... I guess it just depends on if you want to "Check" the box on the order form to have them body colored.... and pay extra to have them painted. I know in New York, they got them plain, (silver) because they bang into stuff all the time. Yellow Cab even replaces the bumper covers and never repaints them if they get smacked... I have seen them with black bumper covers... Which is the replacement color of the covers....

        Has to be one the the coolest cars on the site. Very nice restoration. What car shows do you go to in the area? I'd love to see it in person.
