    My 1992 Crown Victoria TS

Kevin and I drove out to Harvey, NB to pick up the CV today. When we stopped at the nearest gas station to put air in the driver's front tire, there just so happened to be two cop cars sitting in the parking lot...One of them came over to question me about the car. I just got insurance on it today before taking delivery. Unfortunately, the tags expired at the end of February and the previous owner never had them renewed. The cop commented on the cracked wind-shield and crappy fender before giving me a verbal warning.

When I got the car home, I locked the doors. Later in the evening, I discovered the key would not open the doors...BS! My step-brother got his trusty coat-hanger out and after a few minutes we were back in business! I won't be locking the doors until I get a new key or new locks...Nothing of value sitting inside anyway. I'll take a few pics of the CV tomorrow In the meantime, just view the older pics I posted in the Multimedia forum.

A cop will give you trouble over a rotted out fender? Shit half the cars on the road around here would be pulled over constantly.

They are picky around here. When Kevin owned a '97 VW Golf, he got pulled over for having a burned out tail-light and rusted out fender. He had to have the car towed to Canadian Tire...BS. Luckily it was his current workplace, so a new sticker was just slapped on. Kevin sold the car last year. We just happened to see the VW at an intersection on Monday with a new fender

            new pics

The car sits low in the rear when parked. Equipped with air-suspension. The ride quality is on par with my other Panthers. The inspection sticker is good until October.

What are the differences for the "touring sedan" model? Is it like an HPP on steriods? Nice car.

160KMs 600cfm holley, shorty headers, 2.5" catted exhaust, 255/295 tires, cop shocks, cop swaybars, underdrive pulley, 2.73L gears.
waiting for install: 3.27's, Poly bushings, boxed rear arms, 2500 stall converter, ported e7's, etc

06 Mazda 3 hatch 2.3L 5AT (winter beater that cost more than my summer car)

its probably too late, but you might be able to free up the lock cylinders by spraying a generous amount of penetrating oil in the lock cylinder and working the key in and out over and over and over. doesnt hurt to try

the rotors might clear up after some driving depending how long the car sat, then again it may have sat too long and they do need replacement also

Not really on steroids but it's like an early version of the HPP. Rated at 210hp with the duals. This aero has good acceleration with the 3.27 gears...The suspension is firmer but still provides a smooth ride. I hardly felt any bumps when I drove the CV home on Tuesday
