Thinking ahead....exhaust.
full stainless front to back, no CATS.
Twin rectangular exhaust tips possibly exiting through the rear bumper.
Dont forget the rear bumper is very, very close to the floor when sat on the ground!
Have rectangular pipes been done, all the way from front to back?!! I know what my Wife would say...."just get the car done will you"!

I've seen the rectangle tips, but never seen rectangle pipes (unless you count the redneck memes where the exhaust is dumped via a home depot motorsports gutter drain pipe).
Trying to wrap up the mechanical side of things....conversion of viscous cooling fan to electric.
Found two electric cooling fans from a 2003 ford focus (not sure if you have them in the US), secured them together, trimmed to fit the crown vic rad, mounts made and fitted.
Oh, and a temp switch installed in the top hose. You can probably just see it in the photo above.
Both front bumper cover corners sprayed black ready for wrapping.
Front lenses polished up and reinstalled in the now black headlight bezels.
this is the new centre section of the grille
Once behind it is blacked out, it should look stealth!
Interesting way of doing the e-fan. Very nice fit though. I used a v6 cougar (puma) fan in my 88 when I did the e-fan conversion. Same idea with the temp switch though.
I'm really starting to see the end product now. I knew it was going to look good before. Now I'm seeing just how epic nice it's going to look.
I'm gonna go with the US Mags Rambler U110 wheels when I do the bigger Big Brake swap. I wish American Racing made the Ansen Sprint wheels in 18"; but they don't
Still ongoing bodywork and paint, but also punctuating it with the little details. Door armrest chrome bits and switch panels.
The windows are going to be limo tinted so I want most things inside to be black so I get that "impossible to see in" feature! The green painted bits are under the armrest anyway so shouldn't be too visible, Oh, don't ask me how long it took to blast the chrome off the plastic parts... but needless to say I was in my 20's when I started and am now retired.
