even the wheels you had on your vic would look good on your MK VI so long you kept that tire width.

Well, assuming the clock was right. And when was the last time you saw a digital clock where someone had actually set the time and date correctly on it? :p

yeah mine has even already been corrected for ticking over to the new year early. It's within 30 seconds of the time on my cable box.

For the first month of having the car, I just though those were random numbers flashing as some sort of test code when the car started. I didn't even realize it was the date.

that thing isnt right. Its got electrical gremlins. After driving for about 20 mins it screams at me and turns off and resets itself.

So I took some more pics and videos today, but I've been playing with my new video editor so I figured instead of posting a bunch of pics, I'd just cram them together in a video.

Dave I forgot your pic, sorry I'll try to remember tomorrow.

Hm, well that answered one of my questions. Woodgrain is different than the 1983 model. One more year I can scratch off my list for donor dash trim

Nice car. The digital dash brain probably needs an overhaul. The Mark VII ones need attention too, and your car is even older. Probably can be repaired with some new capacitors. I may have to start doing this. I know of one guy who does it for Mark VII parts. I'm sure I'm capable, its just a matter of getting my hands on a digital brain for parts identification purposes and practice.
