Here are a few updated shots without the roof rack... it's come a long way since I first started on it a few months ago. I've been daily driving it for a couple weeks. It sure gets a hell of a lot better fuel mileage than my F150.

    What do you guys think?

2011 Mustang GT Premium, MT82, Kona/Saddle, HIDs, 3.73s, 19s, hood/side stripes, UPR 1.5" springs with adjustable panhard bar, and UMI solid LCAs and relocation brackets.
1992 Explorer Eddie Bauer, slight lift, 34s, and A/C...

Next set of work will be to replace the door lock actuator and window motor in the front passenger door, then next will be both in the tailgate, as well as the cable on the 'gate.

Once we're in the house I'm going to put together the exhaust system, dual 2.5" with offroad H-pipe. At some point in this I'm going to order new odometer gears and get my odometer and tripmeter working, which sucks because I need two sets, which will put me at $100 all in.

Anyway... it's coming along. This will be my daily driver and the Mustang will be my weekend cruiser. I don't want the Mustang to see the abuse/smells of me driving it to and from work every day when I'm working with solvents and paint waste all day.

Cool. Now all you need to do is push that rounded imported thing out of the way and you'll be set. Nice move parking the good car on the concrete and the infidel off in the grass

              Thanks, guys!

I fit fine in the Mustang, but it's a glove fit more than the hot dog in the hallway to which I've become accustomed with my Panthers... which is why my wife agreed to me keeping the wagon. It's a better fit for regular use.

I refuse to go without a note right now. I need to know that at least one of my cars is going to fire up every time I need it to and when it doesn't I'll go to the dealer.

                Looks awesome.

Is it carrying a lot of negative camber up front or is that just the angle of the photo?

It must be the angle- everything looks pretty straight to the bare eye. I'll get it aligned soon- too much going on right now to bother with it.

Yeah it looks like the tires wing out at the bottom on my car when you view it from the right angle, but It drives straight with no hands on the wheel, and it was just aligned.

I like the stance of your car, the wheels are not really my style but definitely look very nice. I approve

What's wrong with the wheels? I really wanted F150 20s but couldn't find a set at a decent price.

Just dropped about $150 on parts...

                                Two sets of Odometer gears
Two door lock actuators (aftermarket; will keep an eye out for NOS parts later)
Front passenger window motor (brushes are going bad)

It'll be after we're moved into the new house before I can actually do the work to replace them all, but it'll be nice to have almost everything functional again. After this the only real nitpick stuff will be the tailgate window motor and the tailgate safety cable. Next big project will almost definitely be a full HO conversion using the P heads, E cam, etc.

I have all the parts to convert the A/C to 134, but on the days that it's really hot I just drive my Explorer since it has functional A/C.

I also sold my F150 Friday, so as soon as we're settled into the new house I'm going to a dealer to order my Mustang.
