up next on my list is to completely sway all the dash lights with blue LEDs, should be pretty kick ass and much brighter. Then once it warms up in the middle of march its going to be new trim going on and new wheels and tires, I can't wait for that this car is going to look pretty bad ass if I do say so myself.

Very nice! I loves Gbody vehicles very much. I've owned 1983 and 1984 Olds Cutlass Supreme Brougham 2 drs before!.

Yeah I love the body, She had a New 85 442 with a T-top out of highschool, she sold it to finance building our house. That would be a sick car. It was all black too.

          Nice Install on the RSB.

When I originally got my Merc it had that same aftermarket RSB on it, I didn't really like the look of the piece and the way it was installed as compared to the factory bar, so I switched back to the PI bar, since the cars LCA's already had 2 holes drilled in them for it. After doing so, the car felt alot less stable and more "wobbly" during cornering than it did before. After about a week of this I ended up switching back to the aftermarket piece, and now I can tell you for sure that the Aftermarket RSB that you have is far more efficient at controlling body roll, and does make a nicely noticeable improvement in cornering stability over the stock PI piece.

The moral of the story is, Factory pieces although usually cleaner appearing in their design/fit for the car, are rarely ever truly better than a well designed aftermarket piece.

Thanks, It is really noticeable over nothing at all, car barely leans. I can probably safely corner 10mph faster now without feeling like im going to get hurled from the seat, also highway travel is much better. The only down side is the wheels lose traction a bit faster while cornering... But thats if youre trying.

              For your entertainment....

Ok so I got around to taking some pics.... With the ever so suiting backgrounds of 1980s cop movies.

There you go, she looks pretty sweet, I can't wait till summer when I can get the new wheels on.

Ha thanks, actually there was, my friend told me my car had no balls, so I lit em up around the corner, sway bar makes that very possible... heheh. Just didn't have the camera out.

Also does anyone else find it funny how giant I am in comparison to this extremely large car? I think its fucking hilarious.

6'3" on a bad day. Ive come to terms with it, I still hit my head in my car, but only a little bit, nothing like those goddamn imports.

Ok so I ordered a new ECU from a mark 7 yesterday. I think I am nearing completion of compiling the parts I need for the HO swap.

HO upper and lower intake (although lower is not necessary) - check
                                GT40p Heads - check
ECU for HO motor - check
                                86 HO camshaft - check
                                19lb injectors - not check
Lincoln tubular exhaust manifolds - not check

I don't think that leaves anything out. Also when I do this ill try to do it as "step by step" as possible so others can use it as a reference, with lots of pics.

The last few things im thinking of are new trickflow springs and some cobra roller rockers. I hear these fit under the stock valve covers.
