The funny thing I realized while doing this was, How incredibly easy it would be to roll the odometer back. I had to swap mine out to keep the accurate mileage, and there are no tamper tabs or anything, usually there are. also lit the HVAC unit with blue, ill get that pic up in a sec.

Also in today's news I scored a trac lock 8.8 rear end from the guy I bought the car from, hes also got some free mustang throttle bodies hes giving to me. $100.00 for the trac lock and rebuild kit. Now I just need to pay $$ to get it installed, because that is one area Im not going to touch. Anyone know were I can get some new gears for this sucker?

            MOAR PARTS MA LORD!

86 HO cam arrived today, no wear at all on it for having 130k, why is it roller cams don't tend to wear?
anyway here are some pics of the cam and some daytime shots of the speedo, I think it looks really nice with the trim level in this car, much better than stock actually.

Thanks, I was surprised to see it looks this good, Your flashing LED is in, just not wired up yet, the wires are tied together under the dash until I get the time to wire it, if you look hard you may see it near the temp gauge.

Wow that dash looks pretty damn slick, especially at night. As far as the rear end goes, new gears you can get off summitracing.com. And if your looking for a place to install the rear end I hear Keene Driveline is a good. I know a kid who had a rear end done there on his aero GM.

I think that is the place on Washington street, behind the custom transmission shop. My dad had his tranny built at the trans shop then the driveline shop put the drive shaft in, they do good work. I found some competition 3.55s for $180, but Ill look around, no sense scrimping on cheap parts if Ive got time to do it.

Saw the guy I bought the car from needless to say I didn't walk away empty handed. scored 2 trac lock diffs, 2 mustang throttle bodies, MAF sensor, a rebuild kit for one of the trac lock diffs, and some 3.23 rear gears. I love this man.

                              Yummy.
