so what's going on with the grille, anyway? Does much air get to the rad? On this shitty monitor it looks like the hood meets the bumper 'cause I can't see behind the grille with much detail...either way, it looks like there's a lot of work in it.

well shit, i could get so much done with my car if I had 4 grand lying around, and wheels ONLY wouldnt even be considered (plus the cost of those expensive ass tires) spending more than 1k on wheels makes me cringe

While I would have to agree with you, it is his car, and he's certainly free to spend his money in whatever way necessary to make it into what he wants it to be. Is it my style? No, but nevertheless, I see nothing fundamentally wrong with it (unlike guys who run 10-foot tall wheels with stock brakes), and if he's happy, I'm happy.

I guess that's the difference between you and me, I go out of my way to find the cheapest parts for my cars, except my truck which always gets ACDelco parts, gotta keep it original.

Btw what size are those wire wheels and the tires?

I respect the amount of work that went into the car, it all looks to be really well done, its just the exact opposite of my taste.
