Do you have the stock engine in it? If so, and you want power, run explorer cylinder heads, along with upper and lower intake, and dual exhaust, if I am not mistaken, that right there will get you around 250 hp. If you get really ambitious, put a mustang cam and computer in.Parts Car (Scrapped ) - Vicky - 1987 LTD Crown Victoria: 17x8 Gunmetal Gray Coys C-5 wheels, 235/55-17 Falken Ziex ZE-502 tires. 79 LTD Grille, Taillights, and Turn Signals, Blue LED Dash Lights, PI Rear Sway Bar, 140 MPH Speedometer, Dual Exhaust w/ Mustang Headers.

GT40P heads off of an explorer, mated with a good cam, intake, exhaust will deliver very streetable HP and TQ. A shift kit or wide ratio AOD will help make better use of the power. Without decent suspension mods don't expect it to come out of the hole like a rocket but a panther can get it from a rolling start. Also, nice car!Chris - A 20th Century Man \m/ ^.^ \m/

Ever considered nitrous? You can get a complete kit for about $400, and run a wet system with about 75-90hp shot. Plus its easy to hide the components for a sleeper.
