Well I changed the disc rotors on it from the 88. Mine was all scared up. Now the brakes are locked down on it. It was very hot when I pulled it in the driveway. I'm not sure if its the Master cylinder or the Calibers. Its the two front brakes that was very hot. There isnt some kind of difference in the 88 Merc brakes to the 86 Vic is there? And plus I think its out of timing. Whats the timing that these cars are set on?

Yeah. I still gotta get those pictures of it clean. LOL. I got the brake Calibers unstuck. I'm not sure if they are rusty from sitting for 2 years. But I took it up the rode and back and it did fine. I hope they don't stick again. That was hell trying to get back home last night going about 40 45 mph

Fuck yea that cleaned up amazingly well!
How are the rear springs in the Merc? You may want to swap them in your Vic if you dont like the saggy ass. lol
In fact you may want to swap the differential as well considering you have 373's and posi traction in them.Last edited by 87gtVIC; 06-20-2009, 07:32 PM.~David~

I thought about using the gears but I don't know. LOL. If someone waved money in my face they'd be gone. LOL
Yeah, I was impressed on how well it cleaned up. It would look really good if I waxed and buffed it out.
