I've had more than one person think it's an original badge but it was really just a 6 dollar wally world special. fuckin' guy gave me the wrong intake. he gave me an '86 HO intake, which has a 55mm inlet compared to the 60mm on the 87-93 HO. everything else was right for a 93 (tb, name plate, egr) but the upper intake was wrong...after I contacted him he said he was actually selling two and must've given me the wrong one. Going back tomorrow to get the good one..maybe installed this weekend? If my gaskets get here in time. I cleaned up the name plate, basically just scratched/scuffed up inside the text with a razor blade, looks pretty good. I'm painting the intake black but I like the name plate enough like this that I might not even paint it, or go with the 86-87 one.
teeny tiny light bulbs finally got here for my stewart warner gauge pod. i painted the needles orange to match my existing ones a bit better...FYI the poles aren't reversible on tiny #74 led bulbs. had one backwards and it took me a minute to figure out why the fuck only one light bulb worked, but when I reversed the leads, the other light bulb worked but the first one was off
