Very nice! What else have you got planned for it?

Well a dual exhaust is next. From the Cats back, all new. Also a 4 channel amp for my speakers is up to the plate after that. I thought about getting the whole car painted black professionally, but the vinyl top will still be a problem. I don't think it will look to good being the only thing that is beige on the car.

After the exhaust and the amp, I want to start doing some minor engine mods and improvements. It runs like a top but i'm sure some spark plugs, a distributor cap, a cold air intake, and maybe a general engine cleaning are in order.

Any suggestions on what I should do the appearance?

Appearance wise? Well some sedan cargo coils to give it a slight rake, window tint, sway bars, and black out the chrome around the tailights since you blacked out the front already.

I like the rattle can paint job, I just rattle canned my front bumper black. I'm gonna get another can and do 2 more coats tomorrow since I don't think the first 2 coats will stay on but we'll see. What kinda paint did you use?

Rustoleum Gloss Black Enamel. Took about 3 coats to cover completely. Took a while and my index finger hurt quite a bit afterwards. I definitely want to do the trim around the taillights. Haven't had enough time lately to see how to go about removing them. If i remember right, its not as easy as the fronts.

If you aren't set on it being perfect, you can do it the lazy redneck way and just mask it off and paint them still on the car. I wasn't about to take my bumper off especally since every bolt on my truck is rusted tight.

Thanks. I live in Western Mass, a small town called Hadley on the Connecticut River. My odometer is in perfect working order. Hah. I got it with 41k miles on it from my Grandfather (big surprise). When I got the car it was pretty much the epitome of uncool. The classic grandfather hand-me-down. I've been slowly putting money into the car since I was 16. I am 20 now. I love it and I don't plan on parting with it anytime soon.

I 'm the same way I've slowly put a lot of money into my car I don't plan to get rid of anytime soon as well. reason why I ask about the odometer is because the 90-91 when they redid the dash in 90 the cluster has stupid plastic gears for the odometer insted of brass gears for 89 and back I was never a fan of the 90-91 dash to many problems. Theres a few members in mass ct area as well.

Taillights remove with bolts up underneath and a few inside the trunk. Turns out to be about seven or eight per assembly. The trim isn't removeable so I've found, so you'll need to mask over all the lenses.

I'd also black out the chrome piece behind the license plate if you haven't already painted that.

                    Looks sharp mang!

                        hey that looks pretty slick

If you can find police sway bars at a junkyard they are one cheap & easy upgrade, also a mustang upper intake & TB modified to work on a box is another low effort goodie.

Fixed that. Lots of guys blacking out only the nose and only two or three with black anything else; need to spread the full-blackout trend around a bit!

Well that in itself is a lie, but what he said there is true. It looks best to have the blackout be all or nothing. My truck had everything blacked out except the front bumper so I decided to black that out too and it looks great. But you can leave the bumpers chorme since they match each other and with shiny wheels they'll still look good.

Awesome car mang, i LOVE the rims, and the subs are sweet, the whole vehicle is very suave yet mean looking at the same time. The steering wheel cover matches the interior perfectly too, a good find. Keep up the good work!
