    Hehehehhe

    Things planned:
    Clifford 6=8 intake
    Holley 390 CFM 4bbl
    EFI 300 manifolds
    Duraspark II conversion

You're not building up a Ford 300 are you? I've been wanting to do the same thing with my '85 150.

If you know a good source of performance parts for these motors lemme know. Been having trouble finding good, affordable stuff.

        Hacksaw ftw!

Cheese, it's a 240, but I could put the 300 internals in it if I wanted and make it a 300. But, I'm gonna keep it a 240.

The wonder of the I6 is that it doesn't need to make much power. Its all torque, and superb for a truck application. 300 would do better but hell, nobody has a 240 anymore. Should still do OK, especially on the bottom end. I can tell that thing has been in there a looooong time. That engine bay is nice and juicy. Purple Power ftw!
