Especially when it's 100 degrees and raining.
Picture me in the rain with my Vic, shirtless because I had to yank it off to wipe down the inside of the fogged-up windows. Not pleasant for me, anyone in the car, or anyone next to me. I'm with Lincolnmania, keep the A/C dude.

I never used my AC more than 2-3 times...I dont mind hot weather...if I really wanted it, I would convert it to R134a and keep it...but I dont want it that bad.

Most street-designated Holleys seem to have the 3/8 port, older ones have two (one in the front for PCV, one in the back for brake booster), newer units I think have one 3/8 port on the passenger-side towards the rear of the carb, pretty much behind the secondaries and pointing towards the side of the engine - makes for an easy PCV hookup, but a nasty routing for the booster, and you really have to chose which one you wanna hook up to that since tis only one port. My Holley being an older model has the 3/8 port in the front, and the rear is plugged, but I'd rather have the rear open and the front plugged as my PCV is in the rear of the engin and I run hydraulic brakes so no vacuum needed for them.

Actually, I like using a flap wheel for metal-smoothing jobs, but if tape is your style, who am I to stop you? :p

Ivan: I assume you mean "hydraulic", as in manual, non-power-assisted?

Actually no - my truck was originally with manual brakes, those suck even with the small 245/60-15 tires I had for a week or so, I can't imagine how weak they would be with the steam rollers I have now - I was talking about hydroboost, the thing that hooks up between your power steering pump and your steering box and runs the brakes off the PS pressure. GM put in on everything diesel and/or heavy duty, mine particularly came off a 1-ton diesel Suburban, it bolts right up to my firewall and works beautifully. On the Ford side of the equation, some Mark VIIs had that setup, if interested ask Scott about which years and models to look for, I keep forgetting. You will need good brake lines with that setup tho, I've heard it runs pretty much double the stock line pressure, dunno how accurate that is tho.
